I had such a wonderful experience at West Beauty! I had my hair done by Lucy, a manicure by Luda from LudMila Nails, and a cosmetology treatment with Irina - and I was impressed with all three services. Lucy listened carefully to what I wanted and made my hair look beautiful, healthy, and exactly the way I imagined. Luda gave me a flawless manicure — the shape was beautiful, the work was incredibly neat and precise, and I especially appreciated her attention to hygiene and every small detail. Irina was very knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive during my treatment, and my skin looked noticeably fresher, smoother, and more radiant afterward. Everyone was warm, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and has such a lovely atmosphere. I was taken on time and never felt rushed. I’m happy with all the results, will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend West Beauty, Lucy, Luda, and Irina!

The experience is more than just beautiful nails. You’re treated to complimentary beverages and candy, relaxing music, and an incredible salon atmosphere where you can truly unwind. And while you’re there, you can also have your hair done by Lusy, who is equally talented and a true master of her craft. Wonderful service, beautiful work, and such a relaxing atmosphere. I love places where you can get everything done in one visit, and at the highest level. West Beauty NYC is exactly that kind of salon. I had a complex hair color transformation, highlights and a manicure here, and the results exceeded my expectations. The salon is cozy, spotless, and truly professional. I had the most amazing experience at this salon! Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. I was kindly served tea with some sweet treats on the side. I am beyond impressed with my hairstylist Lucy, she knew exactly what I wanted and cut my hair beautifully!!! The space itself is gorgeous. They did so great with accommodating me, as I requested a pretty late appointment (8pm). Lucy is a true professional and has a sense of style, fine taste and magic, light, gentle hands! Not once was I in pain during the process and I appreciate that so much. So happy with the results and definitely will be back. Thank you ladies❤️❤️❤️
